Introduction
Package medfateutils is designed to facilitate creating inputs for package medfate. Specifically utility functions are provided to facilitate defining inputs (soil, species or vegetation parameters) for simulations.
Package installation
The latest stable versions GitHub as follows (required package devtools should be installed/updated first):
